ABOUT OLIVIA

Untitled design (90).png

Olivia is a warm and passionate Developmental Educator with a Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education from Flinders University.

She brings five years of experience in the disability sector, supporting young people and their families as they work toward their goals. Her knowledge and experience include helping to build positive daily routines, supporting emotional regulation, enhancing sensory experiences, and encouraging self-advocacy skills. Olivia loves incorporating play, creativity, and fun into her sessions, as a natural way to learn, connect, and grow. She believes that learning should be enjoyable and empowering.

Olivia takes a person-centred approach, valuing each individual’s unique abilities and interests, and she enjoys creating supportive environments where children and young people feel safe, confident, and heard.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys beach walks with her dog Alfie and fiancé, travelling around Australia, getting lost in a good book, and discovering new creative hobbies. She’s also always up for a cozy night in binge-watching a great TV show or movie.
